This is Best Buy that calls my phone twice a day on auto redial for the last six months. I don’t owe them any money and I’m not doing any business with them. I have tried to block this number over and over and it still rings through. I called Best Buy directly and complained and told them to remove me off of their call list and it still happens. I am now going to turn them into consumer affairs and I’m at the point of making a police report for harassment. I will never even shop in their store ever again!

Keep calling me a ridiculous amount of times the past 3 days. Never leave message. Saw several posts online saying its Citibank best buy credit card which in my case, makes total sense cause my payment is overdue. Still extremely annoying that theyve called me 4 times the past 2 days & 3 today already & its not even noon yet. Seems a bit excessive. Harrassing someone who didn't pay their bill in time, this ONCE? Clearly they dont have the funds or itd most likely be paid, if not JUST to get you to quit calling.

This was a call from Citibank, owner of my Best Buy credit card, stating that my monthly payment was overdue. I checked my account online, and it was true. I had somehow overlooked sending the payment even though I had intended to do so in a timely manner. I never respond directly to calls such as this. I always call the company allegedly calling me to verify that they have, in fact, tried to contact me by phone. This way I can be certain whether or not the call is legitimate, and they can be made aware that someone is misusing their name for suspect purposes.

It is a robocall saying they have a question on a purchase on your account and that they are from Citibank for my Best Buy credit card. The number to call is not the number on my card and I looked up my account online to assure no purchases had been made on my account fraudulently. This must be a way to get information. Don't call back the number. I would suggest not answering. After looking online this has happened to others and after speaking to them then purchases were made on their accounts as "Lookup".

Watch out, potential Citibank scam!! For the past few years, there have been hundreds of India-based phone sames where the East India phone scammer spams millions of phone numbers using fake bank, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, and other company names. (By the way, this phone scam has NOTHING to do with someone named "Cannon" in Michigan as mentioned in a previous post by a "Marty/Matt" user who has been spamming many robokiller numbers with the same nonsense comments and he is obviously trying to get some kind of personal revenge on a "John Cannon" by trying to get him in trouble by posting onto robokiller numbers fake information that obviously is not related to a someone named "Cannon" smh. If you know the exact name and address of criminals, you report it to law enforcement and you do not post their home address all over discussion forums and social media. This "Marty/Matt" nutcase is obviously the pathetic "stalker" that he talks about and he keeps posting false information and hoping that you will do his stalking of this Cannon person for him smh.)
