This company cut my service the same month they offered me a triple price hike. Their customer service center is offshore and the workers are poorly trained. The bill was taken out of my credit card for 2 more months, until I filed a dispute with the credit card company, who honored my dispute. This company is still harassing me.

Left a vm regarding my payment not being able to be processed. This is not spam. Ido have Sirius and recently got a new card making the one on file invalid.
