The plone number seems to belong to Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, https://www.portfoliorecovery.com/prapay/help/phone/8664590390. I am not sure what they want, but calling at 6am doesn't make it better than calling me at 4pm... Yes, they called twice. My phone is on silence most of the time. But I do mind receiving calls from a company that I have nothing to do with. My voice mail is not set up and robocalls or other spam calls like this is the reason I am not setting it up.
